Adobe Acrobat Sign Solutions (formerly Adobe Sign) is a cloud-based e-signature service that lets you replace paper and ink to easily send, sign, track, and manage signature processes on any device. Click the "Preview" button in the top-right of Adobe and ensure the changes are correct, then click the "Close" button otherwise, click "Edit" to continue making changes. You can complete the forms by entering information and adding your signatures. You can manually add text and other symbols anywhere on the form using the Fill & Sign tool if required. Re-check "Locked" checkbox and select "Close" The Fill & Sign tool automatically detects the form fields like text fields, comb fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons.Uncheck "Locked" checkbox in bottom-left corner.(Double-click the form field OR right-click and select properties) Use the Fill & Sign tool to fill, sign and send PDFs on your desktop, from the mobile app, or in your web browser.
